Our new Touring Screens and AeroGards for the 09-on F650/800GS are designed for maximum driver protection and have been thoroughly in-house, and Beta-Tested, to ensure you of the best possible screen for 09 F650GS and F800GS riders.

Because the new GS's have no frame to support a half-fairing, we've designed an AeroScreen and additional deflectors to create the best possible protection for F/GS owners.

4 months of prototyping and in-house testing went into development of the product before it went out for another 3 months of extensive Beta-Testing. In the course of Beta-Testing, feed-back from testers helped us refine the design, resulting in a marked improvement in screen protection.

Our Touring Screens are designed to provide maximum protection with smooth over-the-helmet airflow. They're contoured to provide clearance for handle-bars and hand-gards so we can make them wider than BMW, or other aftermarket screens (better body protection). The Screens also have an air-intake molded in to eliminate back-pressure and provide airflow behind the screen. Touring Screens also come complete with a Laminar-Flow-Plate, to attach airflow to the back of the screen, and rugged, powder-coated Support Brackets to hold the screen securely, reduce stress to the stock brackets, and prevent windscreen flutter and turbulence.

The combination of the screen's air-intake with the Laminar-Flow-Plate creates a smooth flow of air that travels much higher than screens without this design. Thus allowing the driver to look well over the top of the screen and have air over top of the helmet.

Support Brackets and all Mounting Hardware: 1. Stabilizes the screen/holds it securely. 2. Keeps the screen from fluttering in heavy winds or at higher speeds (most of the taller aftermarket screens actually oscillate through an arc of a couple of inches at the top). Wind off of an oscillating screen will hit your helmet intermittently and feels like turbulence. 3. Ensures that the original screen's mounting brackets will not become stress fatigued.  4. Silver powder-coat finish.

Note: Customer height and inseam, plus seat heights effect suitability of screen to rider.  Please consider these factors when ordering.  Drivers with the Rally seat, we recommend you get the next taller screen.  Drivers with short seats, we recommend you drop down a screen height. 

Caution for drivers running under-inflated off-road tires (knobbies):  Some testers reported a slight high speed wobble (80 mph+) when testing in strong cross-winds or riding freeways with rain groves.  Use caution when riding in these conditions.

With so many factors, such as height, weight, inseam, seat, bars and even riding posture, to consider, determining the correct windscreen height is sometimes challenging.  One size does not fit all.  We want to help eliminate costly mistakes if your screen is not the right height.  When purchasing your F650GS/F800GS AeroScreen, we'll provide height recommendations based on our tester input and ask you to measure the heights available. Together, we'll determine which height may be best for you. Optional AeroGards: AeroGards are designed to noticeably expand the envelope of protection for the driver's upper arms, shoulders, torso and improve over the helmet airflow. AeroGards only work with the Touring AeroScreens.

Optional HandGards: Available late February
Designed for maximum cold, wet weather, and brush/road debris protection.  (Only work with BMW's Optional metal brush guards).  If you do more than ride when it's warm and sunny you'll really appreciate the level of protection these HandGards provide... The protections so good you can even feel your heated grips when riding in temps close to freezing.  Rain riding protection is also the best to be found as our HandGards protect your whole hand, not just the tops, and keep your hands dry as long as you're moving.  For street riding they're great for protecting your hands from road debris, stones, and bug strikes...They also provide much more brush protection when riding off road.

Made from rugged, clear, 3/16 thick, impact-modified Acrylic. An amazing amount of additional coverage for their size. These deflectors attach to your bike's side air ducts (with easy on/off 3-M Dual-Lok) and extend our Touring Screen/AeroGards' envelope of protection down to shin level. Easy to put on your bike for cold morning rides but easily removed and stored in a tank bag or saddle bag when they're not needed. A perfect addition for commuter or long distance riding comfort. Optional LegGards: Available late February
The last ingredient in our "Head-to Toes" approach to providing F650/800GS riders with Full-Fairing Comfort and Protection for cold and wet weather riding. LegGards not only block cold air from your lower legs and feet but also direct engine heat to your legs that can be felt in temps down the the mid-40's... colder than that and at least the cold air isn't compressing your riding gear and transferring the cold to your legs.  LegGards are also great for rain protection as they block rain to your feet and all but the outside edges of your legs. Should your legs get wet in stop and go driving, once you get back up to speed the Gards will still keep you warmer by blocking air to wet pants or riding gear.  A "must have" for anyone street riding in the rain or cold weather but not recommended for riding in temps above 80 to 85 degrees F. as they are designed to direct engine heat to the legs. When riding in warmer temperatures airflow can be directed over your legs by putting your feet on the outside of the foot pegs and angling your feet outboard.  Come with easy to follow mounting instructions, powder-coated steel mounting brackets and all mounting hardware necessary.
